the location is very convenient near the train station making it easy to get to haneda airport. the hotel was clean and tidy i liked that a lot. self-served luggage storage is available and made my journey smooth.
the room was very small i felt a bit claustrophobic. the bed was also quite hard and unyielding it was not very relaxing. the electronic dummies at reception require self service.

the check-in process involved an online form including passport scanning though it was quick. standby staff offered immediate assistance if necessary i found them friendly. the luggage storage service before and after check-in was free and efficient.

my room had a tv kettle minibar and wifi which was convenient. the room had an automatic ironing machine with instructions in japanese. the bedroom was clean and quiet this contributed to a restful stay.

i found a convenience store nearby that offered fresh coffee and snacks i preferred this. it was a great alternative as i didn't book breakfast. the convenience store provided easy access to food.
